Definitely not. While the videos are organized in a recommended order, you can watch the videos in whatever order you like. You can also start and stop lessons as you need or jump around between lessons as you please. Your progress will always be saved, allowing you to pick back up wherever and whenever you like.
As with anything in life, you get out of it what you put in. If you put in effort to the course and actively choose to apply your learnings in the real world, you will absolutely become a better leader as a result of this course. Put the effort in an you’ll be rewarded.
Unsurprisingly, if you don’t put the effort in you likely won’t make much progress.
